This could end up being a new go-to workout for me for days I skip my lunch break. At under 45 minutes, it still gives me time to get changed and shower. I wasn’t pushing super hard today knowing I’ll be doing track drills tomorrow, so I’m pleased with the effort.
Also worth noting that this route has a couple decent hills, so I get some good hill-work.
